GM2 is currently providing environmental support for the construction phase of this project, which involves approximately 60 acres of tree clearing off the southern end of Runway 17-35 at Manchester-Boston Regional Airport. The project area contains wetlands and sensitive habitat for several state-listed endangered species. GM2 is tasked with conducting site inspections to monitor Best Management Practices (BMPs) and compliance with the Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan (SWPPP), New Hampshire Department of Environmental Services (NHDES) Wetlands Permit, and NHDES Alteration of Terrain Permit. GM2 is also responsible for coordinating with resource agencies, including NH Fish and Game and NHDES, and preparing an initial post-construction monitoring report, as required by the project’s Wetlands Permit.
