Todd Ravenelle, PE

Senior Vice President – RI

Mr. Ravenelle  is the Director of Operations for GM2’s Rhode Island division. Prior to the merger of Gordon R. Archibald, Inc. (GRA)  with GM2 in 2021, he served as Senior Vice President of GRA for twenty years.  Over the course of his career he has developed well-founded relationships with the Rhode Island Department of Transportation, Rhode Island Department of Environmental Management, the University of Rhode Island, Warwick (RI) Sewer Authority, Narragansett Bay Commission and many municipalities throughout Rhode Island and Massachusetts; the latter he’s provided engineering services to for more than 34 years.  Todd offers diverse expertise in civil engineering having designed and performed construction administration on highway, bridge, utility, and site development projects. Within the engineering industry Todd serves as the Vice President of the ACEC-Rhode Island Chapter Board of Directors where he has served in various capacities over the past eight years.  In his role of Director of Operations, Todd is in direct charge of the management of GM2’s Rhode Island operations, overall client satisfaction, and project technical oversight.
