Seth Hill, PE, is GM2’s Regional Director of Northern New England. He is a seasoned transportation engineer with comprehensive experience delivering complex roadway and bridge projects from planning through construction. He brings extensive experience working under state DOT standards and procedures, particularly with the New Hampshire Department of Transportation, and has contributed to majore infrastructure initiatives acrosss New England. His portfolio includes large-scale highway widening projects, interchange reconstructions, bridge rehabilitations, roadway realignments, and multimodal facilities. He has played key roles on design-bid-build and design-build projects, supporting both preliminary and final design, as well as construction inspection and contract administration.
