Ms. Caouette is a Senior Geotechnical Engineer with over 25 years of experience on a wide range of projects for public infrastructure, state agencies, municipalities, architects, private developers, and contractors. She has coordinated and performed field investigations and laboratory testing programs; provided engineering analyses and design; prepared technical reports; and provided construction observation and administration for projects involving slope stability evaluation and stabilization, shallow and deep foundation capacity, retaining wall design, settlement analyses, preload and surcharging, shoring, stormwater infiltration, groundwater well yield, nutrient loading, water balance, construction dewatering, pavement design, and seismic evaluations.
