Kenneth Fargnoli, PE, CCM, Director of Construction Services, brings over 40 years of engineering, construction administration, and risk mitigation expertise to his role.

Over the course of his career, he served as CTDOT District Engineer, Head of the Claims and Litigation Unit, and Chair of the DOT Construction Manual Panel.

During his tenure with the DOT, he oversaw more than $1 billion of construction work and the analysis of over 75 construction claims with a total dollar amount exceeding $500 million.

As an Arbitrator and Mediator for the American Arbitration Association, he has resolved more than 30 construction disputes.
