We are seeking a full-time Highway/Civil Project Engineer(s)/Project Manager(s) to join our team, in Glastonbury CT, for an opportunity to work on some of CT’s most complex roadway projects.

Requirements

• BS in Civil Engineering with min 4-15 years of relevant experience

• Ability to work independently with minimal oversight and provides guidance and leadership to junior team or project members, with strict adherence to QA/QC procedures.

• PE License, preferably in Connecticut

• Previous experience with CTDOT design projects is highly desirable

• Experience with Bentley Microstation / OpenRoads/SUDA, AutoCAD, Blubeam, and Microsoft Office Suite.

• Roadway design with drainage and modeling experience is desirable.

• Experience in project management and preparing technical writeup for design proposals

• Experience with design-build projects
