GM2 is searching for a Director of Geotechnical Engineering Services. This is a fantastic opportunity to lead and grow a group of geotechnical engineers servicing internal and external clients in the New England region and beyond. This role can be based out of any of our MA, NH, RI, or CT locations. The Director of Geotechnical Engineering Services will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of geotechnical services at GM2 including business development, growth and coordination of geotechnical services, staff development and management, and collaboration with other members of the GM2 senior management team to achieve strategic goals. Responsibilities to include: Design and analysis of water resources engineering project elements in riverine and tidal conditions, including hydrologic, hydraulic, floodplain, and scour studies, channel stability and realignment design, scour countermeasure design, and fisheries enhancements. Design and analyze stormwater management systems, including closed drainage systems, culverts, bridge deck drainage and roadside ditches.
